Training

What training plan are you using? Or are you just winging it?
I'm using the Hal Higdon training plan found here

What do you like about your training program? what do you dislike?
I really like the slow increases and openness of this plan, but at the same time sometime i just need someone to tell me "go do x for y minutes" not just "cross train" or "strength train" but for my first half I think this is the best way for me to ease into it...I looked into a few other plans but they were more involved then I thought I could handle at this time.
