Training

What training plan are you using? Or are you just winging it?
I'm using the Hal Higdon training plan found here

What do you like about your training program? what do you dislike?
I really like the slow increases and openness of this plan, but at the same time sometime i just need someone to tell me "go do x for y minutes" not just "cross train" or "strength train" but for my first half I think this is the best way for me to ease into it...I looked into a few other plans but they were more involved then I thought I could handle at this time.

I just got this necklace! Welcome!!! I've tried blogging before, I'm bad at it, but i need somewhere to track my training for my half marathons this year and to post my thoughts i have on running---god knows my family is tired of hearing about my thoughts on running and whatnot :-)

I might go off topic sometimes and chat about my puppy or my kids or even my knitting or other hobbies...they are all my dreams and love so they get included too, but mainly im going to try to stick to my training.
